Team Building Triangle Seminar
Dr. Gary has developed the Triangle Seminar Series as a framework for developing more productive, and motivated teams. The Triangle Seminar Series is designed around the three principles of Team Mentality, Communication Skills, and Conflict Resolution.

There is no doubt that effective teamwork increases productivity, increases employee retention, and reduces operating costs. The workshop will be individualized for your team! The three basic principles are used as the framework for identifying specific problems experienced by your team. Specific solutions are developed that can be immediately implemented to improve your team's performance. If the team trains on Friday they can start putting what they learn to valuable use on Monday.
Team Mentality
Are your team members currently functioning as a team? Your team members will be intorduced to the 4 stages of team development. They will be able to identify at which stage of development they are currently functioning and how to progress to the next stage. Team members will learn practical solutions to address the specific problems inherent in each stage. Members will learn how to start implementing the solutions immediately.
Communication Skills
How many times have you heard staff complaints regarding poor communication among team members as being a source of distress and poor job satisfaction? The communications component of the Triangle Seminar Series will improve the communication among your team members, as well as, improve their ability to communicate with other teams.
Your team members will learn practical skills for improving communication! No psycho-babble here. The focus is teaching real world, ready to use common sense communication skills and techniques. The most immediate communication problems confronting a team will be identified and practical solutions provided.
Conflict Resolution
How often do you or your team members avoid conflict only to find the situation worsening? Often times the underlying difficulty with communication breakdowns within a team or organization can be traced to poor conflict resolution skills. The conflict resolution component of the Triangle Seminars is designed to teach easy to understand and implement conflict resolution skills. As always, Dr. Gary avoids psycho-babble and focuses on the nuts and bolts of conflict resolution. The goal is to provide team members with usable skills that can be implemented immediately to improve team performance and productivity.
