Introductory Sports Coaching Package:
A package of 3 one-hour prepaid sessions onsite or in your home costs $189.00, plus travel costs outside Hillsborough County Florida. It will take a minimum of 3 hours to get a good benefit from the onsite intensive sports psychology coaching. After the initial 3-hour package, ongoing individual session costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Group rates are also available as follows:
For groups of up to three people, the 3 one-hour prepaid sessions onsite or in your home costs $285.00, plus travel costs outside Hillsborough County Florida.
The group rates are a great way to save and share the costs with your friends and training partners. After the initial 3-hour package ongoing individual session costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Phone Sports Coaching:
The rates for phone coaching are $1.50 per minute and are made to your credit card through the secure PayPal system (see bottom of page for PayPal button).
Phone rates for athletes or coaches who have completed the onsite Introductory package are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Email Sports Coaching:
The cost of Email Sports Coaching is only $35.00 per email response up to 350-450 words. Clients also have the option of purchasing Value packages of 4 emails for the price of 3. The fourth email is free after paying in advance for three email responses at the cost of $105.00. This is a savings of 25% and offers the convenience of paying in advance.
The costs of email sports coaching for athletes or coaches who have completed the onsite Introductory package are determined on a case-by-case basis.
